Our process is designed to keep you front and center by saving time and optimizing your projects timeline
The first step of working together is to reach out to us. Through a series of phone calls, we will go over the general scope of your project to see if we are a good fit. We'll talk about timeline and budget, and ask for pictures of your current space. If we are a good fit, we will then schedule a visit to your home.
We come out to your home to meet you and see your space. We'll also talk more in-depth on what your vision is. This helps us to have a better understanding of your project and make sure we are on the same page so that we can move on to the next step - the agreements.
Using our own design team is preferred, but not required. So whether you use our design team or yours, we start here to begin detailing the direction of your project
Many of our clients prefer to enter into a comprehensive agreement with us, where we take you all the way through design, pre-construction, to execution. This allows them to simplify the process by working with one contractor and their trusted network of subcontractors, eliminating frustrations and confusion over what company is working on what.
We work very closely with design professionals to maximize your budget with the fewest unknowns and to eliminate design blunders. We determine globally what you want, then work backwards from there. This helps to minimize change orders that can be very costly and unnecessarily extend the timeline of your project.
We have the right qualified design team for what you are building. Whether it's a remodelling project, an addition, custom home build, reworking of interior space, an outdoor living oasis - whatever it is for your home - we can bring your vision to life. Our interior designers, space planners, civil contractors, and architects are equipped to handle the most simple to the most complicated projects.
Our construction agreement is very detailed and specific document to make sure we are all clear on the expectations of your project. This is where we will define things like permits with the city and any third party inspections that will need to be done, such as the site survey and plan, soil analysis and bearing capacity etc.
Then it's time for us to get to work! As we start to build out your space, we'll do everything we can to accommodate you to make the construction phase easy on your daily life. Once this is over.. get ready to invite your friends over to see your brand new space!
