OUR PROCESS
1. Feasibility & Risk Assessment
We evaluate zoning constraints, structural conditions, servicing capacity, and code triggers before design or permit submission. Early validation reduces redesign cycles and permit rejection risk.
2.Engineering Coordination
Structural and technical requirements are reviewed and integrated into the project scope where required. This ensures load paths, fire separation, and occupancy changes align with Ontario Building Code requirements.
3. Permit Submission
We prepare and coordinate permit-ready documentation in accordance with municipal building department requirements, including engineering input where applicable.
4. Construction Execution
Projects are built according to approved documentation, with structured oversight to maintain compliance throughout inspections and staged approvals.
5. Inspection & Closeout
